All appointments are now requested through our online patch's app. Please follow the link to register an account or submit your request. 

Patch's appointment requests

These requests go directly to our onsite GP who will be able to respond and suggest a relevant appointment. A dedicated receptionist will then contact you to book the appointment or provide an alternative option.  

If you do not have internet access or are unable to use patchs please ring 0161 983 9797 to book an appointment.

Patients can make and cancel appointments by telephoning, online or calling at the surgery during surgery practice hours.

Routine Appointments

Patients are able to book routine appointments 3 weeks in advance.

Emergency Appointments

If you feel that you need to see a doctor URGENTLY please make it clear to the receptionist and you will be given an emergency appointment.

If the Doctor feels that it isn’t an emergency then you will be asked to re-book.
