Non-urgent advice: Request an Appointment

All routine GP appointments are now requested through our online PATCHS WEBSITE. This reduces the waiting time on the phonelines, and makes sure that you receive the most appropriate care for your needs.

TO REQUEST A GP APPOINTMENT ONLINE VIA PATCHS PLEASE CLICK HERE OR THE BANNER ABOVE

If you do not have internet access or are unable to use PATCHS please ring 0161 983 9797 and our reception team will be able to submit the request on your behalf.

FOR MORE INFORMATION ABOUT HOW TO USE THE PATCHS WEBSITE PLEASE VISIT OUR PATCHS PAGE

Most patchs requests are dealt with on the day we receive them. If you do not hear back from the practice within 48 hours, or your condition worsens please call us to confirm receipt.

Standard GP appointments are 10 minutes long. If you require an interpreter, or feel you need longer to discuss your care, please ask for a double appointment and the team will do their best to accommodate. This will also help reduce waiting times in the waiting room.

Patients are able to request routine appointments 2 weeks or more in advance - We also offer pre-booked Telephone and late night / Saturday Appointments.
